📋 Description

• Understand clients’ business requirements and engage with key portfolios across regions • Provide insights and feedback to delivery teams and CT Demand products and process workflows • Maintain end-to-end accountability for customer satisfaction and overall delivery excellence • Liaise with Service Line Demand Managers to develop and consistently prioritize the demand pipeline • Assist with process and product advisory during strategic portfolio conversations • Coordinate with Resource Planners to ensure appropriate resources are available for proposed solution plans • Follow standard methodologies, processes, and tools • Respond to customer questions, concerns, and inquiries within defined SLAs • Enable delivery of technical solutions and cost estimations in collaboration with Solution Architects, product costing, product managers, domain experts, and Client Technology team members

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to work effectively with clients and management and PPEDD-level stakeholders across geographies • Project management and business analysis skills, including facilitation, process documentation, scope management, cost management, and requirements gathering • Understanding of current cloud computing and data technologies • Logical and organized approach to problem resolution • Ability to articulate problems and proposed solutions clearly • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to changing requirements • Ability to identify and recommend process improvements • Excellent management, interpersonal, written, verbal communication, and organizational skills • Minimum of 7 years of overall IT industry experience • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience • Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Quality Analyst experience is a plus • Familiarity with current technologies in the Microsoft Azure landscape • Professional services industry experience preferred
