📋 Description

• Perform administrative duties and project coordination for Membership & Industry Relations and Awards departments • Research, analyze, and write non-biased career summaries • Data entry in TRAMM database • Ensure member confidentiality • Assist with verification of entries and onsite/off-site Screening Meetings • Ship and track certificates and GRAMMY statues • Inventory database; create and distribute certificates • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders • Coordinate and manage various department projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Prior GRAMMY U involvement a plus • Previous administrative assistant experience • Strong proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft applications • Experience with databases (e.g. TRAMM, etc.) • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently • Must be an independent problem-solver
