Description
• Constant communication with customers as trusted technical advisor • Establish business value for customers • Help customers achieve targets and ROI • Understand, advocate, and document customer’s use case • Manage resolution of customer escalations • Advocate for customers within Gravitee • Support customer renewal and expansion • Support Gravitee Teams with demonstrations and marketing activities
Requirements
• 5+ years experience in Customer Success, Technical Support, or Professional Services in Software/SaaS company • Ability to tackle hard technical problems • Excellent communication skills • Prior experience with API management platforms • Familiarity with databases like MySQL, MongoDB • Ability to travel as required
