📋 Description

• Lead contract negotiations with EPC subcontractors and suppliers • Manage and administer subcontractor agreements, ensuring compliance with obligations • Work closely with Project Management on contractual terms, deadlines, and budgets • Support senior lawyers in claims management, dispute resolution, and other legal matters • Monitor subcontractor performance and report on contract metrics to management • Ensure contracts meet applicable laws, industry standards, and company policies • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, EPC partners, and subcontractors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (preferably German or Common Law) • Fluency in English; German and additional European languages are an advantage • Minimum of five years’ experience in contract management, ideally within relevant European markets • Strong knowledge of construction contracts (e.g. FIDIC), subcontracts, purchase orders, and supply agreements • Experience in the renewable or solar energy sector is a plus • Proven ability to manage multiple contracts and projects concurrently • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Strong analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail • Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in cross-functional, international environments • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Teams, SharePoint, and e-signature tools (e.g. DocuSign, Adobe Sign) • Experience with project management tools and/or contract management systems is considered an asset
