📋 Description

• Act as the central liaison between internal departments and clients • Build and maintain trusted client relationships through proactive relationship management • Analyze the individual needs of clients and their employees • Develop tailored benefit solutions and ensure high client satisfaction • Guide new and existing clients through the entire engagement/order process • Ensure high quality and service standards in order processing • Proactively inform clients about new benefits, updates and product enhancements • Actively contribute to shaping the benefits portfolio, including innovative bonus models • Provide strategic advice to clients and design bespoke benefits programs • Identify improvement opportunities in existing systems to promote sustainable employee retention

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial/business training or equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience, ideally in key account management, project management, or customer success management • Solid knowledge of HR and tax matters • Ideally, experience in Compensation & Benefits • Strong service orientation, empathy, excellent communication skills, and assertiveness • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style • Strong planning and organizational skills • Comfortable working with commercial/financial topics • Business-fluent German and English skills • Solid project management skills • Comfortable with technical topics
