📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop nursing, client care, and support teams • Build a positive, engaged, and high-performing team culture • Drive operational excellence across GP and Urgent Care services • Manage rostering, workforce planning, and day-to-day hospital operations • Support recruitment, onboarding, and team development • Monitor key performance metrics and support hospital growth • Partner with clinical leaders to deliver outstanding patient and client outcomes • Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflow, and efficiency • Ensure teams have the support and resources needed to provide exceptional care

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment • Strong people management and coaching skills • Experience with rostering, workforce planning, and operational performance • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities • A collaborative, hands-on leadership style • Passion for creating high-performing teams and exceptional customer experiences • Cover letter and resume required
