Description

• Lead design across web and mobile (iOS and Android) applications. • Develop, define, and maintain design processes and frameworks, including a robust design component library. • Work closely with cross-functional teams—including product, engineering, analytics, and customer success—to deeply understand customer needs and technical possibilities, synthesizing these into seamless user experiences. • Promote and advocate for design standards and best practices to deliver best-in-class web and mobile applications.

Requirements

• 5+ years in UX, product, or interaction design, preferably with substantial familiarity with angular component libraries like Dashkit. • Highly skilled in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of persuading stakeholders and managing conflicts diplomatically. • A problem solver with a self-driven approach to customer-centric solutions. • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
