📋 Description

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes; • Align candidate profiles with hiring managers and clients; • Develop hunting and talent attraction strategies; • Screen resumes; • Conduct online interviews; • Administer behavioral assessments when necessary; • Prepare candidate reports and recommendations; • Manage multiple job openings simultaneously; • Update information in ATS systems; • Ensure compliance with established SLAs; • Perform follow-up with candidates and clients; • Use AI tools to optimize processes; • Maintain controls and metrics for the area; • Organize tasks and priorities using the company's management tools; • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Recruitment and Selection; • Experience conducting full-cycle recruitment processes; • Experience aligning candidate profiles with clients/hiring managers; • Knowledge of hunting and active candidate sourcing; • Experience with competency-based interviews; • Experience preparing candidate reports; • Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously; • Experience monitoring and meeting SLAs; • Knowledge and practical use of Artificial Intelligence applied to recruitment; • Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems); • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; • Experience with Google Workspace; • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities; • Previous experience working remotely; • Must have own computer and mobile phone.
