📋 Description

• Build and maintain B2B customer relationships with a focus on medium-sized enterprises • Develop innovative financing solutions tailored to your customers' needs • Independently negotiate and make decisions within your authority and KPIs • Responsible for revenue and customer development in your territory • Actively implement modern sales concepts

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or commercial vocational training with relevant professional experience in the banking/financial sector • Enthusiasm for sales and customer management in the B2B sector; ideally experience in leasing • Strong negotiation skills • Self-initiative • Strong service orientation • Strong communication skills in German • Team player with the ability to build long-term customer relationships
