📋 Description

• Manage third-party business development initiatives, including coordination and qualification of TPO leads. • Support RFP responses and client presentations by providing operational input and credentials. • Develop and maintain standardized reporting frameworks for third-party operations. • Coordinate transitions from owned assets to third-party management, including execution of transition playbooks. • Lead operational onboarding and early-stage stabilization for new third-party assets. • Serve as the primary operational interface with management companies and institutional clients. • Monitor operational performance and ensure compliance with Greystar standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in real estate operations, property management, or asset management. • Experience with third-party management models or institutional portfolios. • Demonstrated experience operating at a regional or multi-country level. • Strong operational and commercial acumen.
