📋 Description

• Develop and execute a regional outreach plan tailored to cultural and market specificities • Grow brand awareness and drive undergraduate and graduate applications across Vietnam and potentially the broader SEA region • Meet KPIs for outreach activity, lead generation, follow-up, and conversion • Convert existing pipeline leads and generate new leads through fairs, school visits, and localized engagement • Serve as primary advisor for prospective-student follow-up after events • Build and maintain partnerships with local high school counselors, education partners, agents, and EducationUSA advisers • Provide weekly reports on outreach, follow-up, conversion progress, and market insights • Participate in virtual and in-person recruitment events, fairs, and information sessions • Attend meetings with Temple’s Global Outreach team and share feedback, market observations, and status updates • Coordinate and facilitate visits from Temple representatives, including senior management • Plan and deliver engagement and outreach activities for prospective students, parents, school counselors, education agents, and alumni • Plan and manage the allocated budget

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in higher education, international recruitment, or placement services • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance • Experience representing an overseas university preferred • Study or work experience in the USA preferred • Professional Working Proficiency in English required • Vietnamese and other regional languages a plus • Access to an existing network of local contacts with schools, universities, and counselors preferred • Strong communication and stakeholder-influencing skills • Strategic thinking and sound judgment • Ability to manage a fast-moving agenda across time zones • Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive • Creative problem-solving, emotional maturity, and resilience • Ability to build rapport with students and families and guide them through the recruitment process
