• We’re seeking a versatile and talented Product Designer to join our growing team. You thrive in lean startup environments and are eager to see your impact, as we build a category-defining product. • As our founding Product Designer, you will partner closely with our Product Founder and CTO to lead and execute the design of user experience and platform interfaces, across our solution. You will challenge assumptions, consider non-obvious alternatives, and drive elegant simplicity for our users.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS software design • Domain experience in designing complex marketing or data technology solutions. • The ability to balance an iterative approach and urgency to solve customer pain, while shipping high-quality designs and building for scale. • SQL Understanding. To make data simple to activate for our customers, you need to understand both data and our customers well enough to translate through design. • Demonstrated success in a startup environment. • Strong understanding of how design, product, and engineering can work together to expedite the delivery of high-quality experiences efficiently and at scale.
