• Manage a portfolio of strategic clients. • Develop account business and growth plans. • Lead commercial negotiations, price adjustments and strategic agreements. • Prospect new opportunities within large retail chains. • Prepare market, competitor and consumer behavior analyses. • Manage sell-in and sell-out KPIs. • Identify opportunities to expand the product mix. • Support product development with market insights. • Work together with Trade Marketing on commercial execution. • Monitor product display, planogram compliance and on-shelf presence. • Track out-of-stock, inventory turnover and profitability indicators by category. • Coordinate interfaces between Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, After-Sales Service and R&D. • Act proactively in managing chargebacks, returns and customer complaints. • Monitor logistical performance and service level compliance (OTIF, delivery lead time, stockouts and chargebacks).
• Bachelor's degree and postgraduate degree or MBA. • Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales. • Experience negotiating with large retail chains. • Experience in DIY, Home Decor, Construction, Household Goods or Consumer Goods sectors. • Experience in category management and Trade Marketing. • Availability to travel. • Intermediate English and Spanish.
