• Analyze and respond to inquiries by phone • Respond via chat and email regarding IOB clients' tax legislation • Promote correct interpretation and application of tax rules

• Knowledge of IRPF (Individual Income Tax), IRPJ (Corporate Income Tax), CSLL, PIS, COFINS, Tax Reform, Simples Nacional, IOF, ITR • Accounting • Corporate legislation • Ancillary tax obligations • EFD-Contribuições • REINF • eSocial • ECF • DCTF • Correctly respond to client inquiries using current legislation
