📋 Description

• Provide client service and monitor processes for clients CPK, Ambev and Adere; • Prepare and review Draft documents (shipping drafts); • Issue DU-E and other export documentation; • Issue Certificates of Origin (maritime and air); • Maintain and update channel and purchase order spreadsheets; • Manage Ambev petty cash control; • Update and send follow-ups to clients; • Perform routines related to SPED Fiscal; • Support operations involving letters of credit; • Interface with clients, agents and internal departments to monitor processes and meet deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in International Trade, International Relations, Logistics or related fields; • Experience with export processes and customs procedures; • Knowledge of issuing DU-E, Drafts and export documents; • Knowledge of letters of credit is a plus; • Microsoft Office intermediate or advanced level; • Attention to detail, operational agility and critical thinking; • Good communication, proactivity and a sense of responsibility; • Ability to handle a high volume of processes and work effectively in a team.
