📋 Description

• Working with corporate accounting, consolidation and financial statements. • Preparation and review of individual and consolidated financial statements and explanatory notes; • Preparation of monthly accounting reports, variance analyses and explanation of results (EBITDA, working capital, investments); • Execution and review of account reconciliations, related parties, investments and equity; • Monthly accounting consolidation, investment movements and statement of changes in equity (DMPL); • Support for internal and external audits; • Preparation of accounting technical memoranda; • Participation in regulatory compliance projects (e.g., IFRS 18) and process improvements;

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Accounting; • Knowledge of accounting standards (CPC, IFRS and corporate legislation); • Experience with financial statements and consolidation; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially intermediate/advanced Excel; • Knowledge of SAP and SAP Financial Consolidation (plus); • English, automation/AI and experience in sectors such as energy or mining (differentials).
