📋 Description

• Operate and execute CRM campaigns across communication channels; • Conduct basic data and performance analysis; • Enter campaign information and assist with the execution of CRM strategies; • Extract data from Salesforce; • Provide operational and tactical support to the analyst team; • Provide contactable audience information and segmentation counts; • Apply critical judgment to help ensure campaign deployment budgets are maintained.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a university degree; • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; • Good written and verbal communication skills; • Comfortable working with data analysis and metrics; • Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks; • Preferred: knowledge of the SFMC platform, SQL, and Salesforce.
