📋 Description

• Lead, in partnership with the CRM team, the strategy for all outbound active communications via WhatsApp to Grupo Boticário's customer base. • Define the scope of outbound sends for each sales cycle, coordinating with partner teams to structure the main promotional mechanics and commercial terms to be communicated. • Continuously analyze results to identify the most profitable message types. Reprioritize and rebalance message volume by category (e.g., Repurchase, Loyalty, Cashback, Launches, etc.). • In partnership with the Technology team, design efficient, engaging, and profitable customer journeys originating from WhatsApp outbound sends. Ensure the technological evolution of templates to maximize the channel's performance. • Closely monitor market changes and Meta policies. Evaluate the optimal mix of message types and target audiences to optimize investment vs. return (with focus on future operations under the new Max Price model). • Develop new mission types and purchase journeys. Define send cadences together with CRM, identifying the best customer segmentations required to maximize conversion. • Conduct deep-dive analyses of results, design A/B tests with partner teams, and implement continuous improvement processes in the operation. • Prepare reports and deliver clear, concise results presentations, interacting with and directly influencing the Executive Board in decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Digital Sales, E-commerce, CRM, Growth, Performance Marketing, or related areas. • Strong data analysis skills, able to cross conversion and cost metrics and extract actionable insights. • Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation, and influencing ability. Proven experience orchestrating multidisciplinary projects and aligning expectations with multiple business areas. • Ability to translate complex results into clear, concise narratives for leadership. • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for routine data analysis. • Basic SQL knowledge (GCP) and familiarity with data visualization tools (such as Looker/Data Studio).
