📋 Description

• Validate promotional schedules from RGM and channel teams (Direct Sales and Stores) • Identify irregularities and inconsistencies to mitigate errors that could negatively affect financial targets or harm customers, franchisees, and sales representatives • Register promotional activities in Grupo Boticário’s systems • Perform post-registration quality checks, aiming for zero errors • Implement strategic adjustments and corrections to promotional activities requested by RGM teams • Act as a partner and validator for Technology teams in the development and improvement of systems • Ensure adherence to best practices and standardization of internal processes • Liaise with partner departments to ensure process clarity

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or academic background in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Exact Sciences, or related fields • Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Statistics, Exact Sciences, or related fields • Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills • Basic knowledge and practical experience using Artificial Intelligence tools • Structured logical reasoning and analytical ability • Meticulous attention to detail and ease working with numbers and rule validation • Problem-solving and organizational skills • Ability to work according to structured schedules and manage fixed deadlines • Strong verbal and written communication skills with diverse audiences and stakeholders • Adaptability and resilience when handling changes in direction and shifting priorities
