📋 Description

• **Strategic Vision and Product Roadmap:** Define the long-term vision and development roadmap for core and highly transactional products (Portfolio Management, Pricing Engines, and RGM Automation), shaping the future of digital solutions; • **Product Discovery and Requirements Translation:** Work closely with stakeholders to translate complex pain points from commercial and operational teams into technical requirements and functional product solutions; • **End-to-End Lifecycle Management:** Lead the technology strategy for portfolio and product lifecycle management across channels, removing overlaps and fragmentation to deliver a seamless, integrated product and portfolio journey across the value chain; • **User Experience (UX) Excellence:** Drive the technological transition from manual, fragmented processes to digital solutions and data products, ensuring an optimized user experience (UX) for business teams; • **Solution Orchestration and Commercial Levers:** Design products that optimize pricing strategy, large-scale promotions, offer personalization, and price pass-through, strategically structuring the commercial levers that drive the business; • **Agile Leadership and Product Culture:** Manage and develop multidisciplinary teams, promoting technical excellence under agile methodologies and fostering continuous experimentation with new development flows empowered by AI adoption; • **Technical Governance:** Ensure that created products and system integration architecture are 100% compliant with the corporation's data ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

• **Technical Leadership Experience:** Strong experience as a Head or Group Product Manager (GPM), leading multiple teams (tribes or squads) under agile methodologies; • **Building Complex Platforms:** Proven track record scaling internal platforms, business rules engines (portfolio management, pricing, billing, logistics) and highly transactional products; • **Stakeholder Management:** Demonstrated ability to translate complex business pain points into technical requirements and functional solutions; • **AI and Automation Adoption:** Ability to promote the use of generative Artificial Intelligence and automation not only in the final product but also to increase the efficiency of the engineering lifecycle; • **Behavioral Profile:** High resilience, ability to adapt to a complex ecosystem, strong execution focus, and multifaceted influence skills.
