• Prospecção ativa (Outbound): Identificar e prospectar novas oportunidades de negócio em empresas de médio e grande porte, com foco em decisores da área de RH. • Ciclo de vendas completo: Gerenciar todas as etapas do processo de vendas, desde a qualificação do lead até o fechamento do contrato. • Abordagem consultiva: Entender as necessidades e desafios dos potenciais clientes, apresentando as soluções da Digital Medicina de forma personalizada. • Relacionamento com o cliente: Construir e manter um relacionamento sólido com prospects, reforçando o valor das soluções de telemedicina. • Gestão de pipeline: Manter o CRM atualizado com todas as interações e etapas das negociações, garantindo previsibilidade de resultados. • Metas e resultados: Trabalhar de forma orientada por metas, contribuindo para o crescimento e expansão comercial da empresa.
• Experiência comprovada em prospecção de clientes outbound na área de saúde corporativa • Atuação recente em vendas para o setor de RH, compreendendo suas dores e necessidades. • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, negociação e fechamento. • Autonomia e proatividade para organizar o próprio trabalho e atingir resultados. • Familiaridade com ferramentas de CRM e plataformas de prospecção. • Interesse por inovação, tecnologia e saúde. • Diferenciais (Bom se tiver) • Experiência em healthtechs ou empresas de benefícios corporativos. • Conhecimento em metodologias de vendas como SPIN Selling e Challenger Sale.
