📋 Description

• Work as a Business Analyst focused on CRM • Support growth of an important Latin American IT company • Analyze requirements and define user stories and acceptance criteria • Work with CRM business processes, APIs, and integrations • Perform data mapping and process modeling • Apply Agile practices and Azure DevOps • Own delivery proactively as an autonomous Business Analyst

🎯 Requirements

• Senior or Lead level CRM experience as an autonomous Business Analyst • CRM skills • Integration • Requirements Analysis • User Stories & Acceptance Criteria • API & Integration Concepts • CRM Business Processes (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP or similar) • Agile + Azure DevOps • Data mapping / Process Modeling • Ownership / Proactive Delivery Mindset • Advanced conversational English and Spanish are essential and will be evaluated • Foreigners residing in Mexico must have a valid INE, CURP, NSS and RFC • Must be located in Mexico • Must have a visa to work in Mexico
