• Act as the face of the Minor Figures brand in Northern Germany • Develop new partnerships while growing existing accounts • Track opportunities and manage your pipeline in the CRM • Increase product distribution across On-trade segments • Educate and support wholesalers, cafés, and operators through training and sampling • Plan travel and field visits to maximise sales opportunities • Attend industry events and organise brand activations • Share market insights, competitor activity, and best practices with the EU sales team • Identify high-potential cities and implement local growth plans
• Experience working with independent On-trade outlets and key accounts in the coffee, food, or beverage industry is essential. • Based in Berlin, Germany and hold a valid driving licence. • Be a strong ambassador for the Minor Figures brand • Be proactive, resilient, and results-driven • Adapt quickly to change and solve problems independently • Build strong relationships with customers and partners • Be organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities • Travel frequently within your region to meet customers and attend events • Collaborate effectively with internal teams
