📋 Description

• Create innovative, compelling, objective and actionable research on AI solutions in talent processes • Develop independent insights on HR technology markets and AI use cases affecting talent management, L&D and recruiting • Track vendors, emerging technologies and changing practices • Provide individualized, actionable advice to clients and prospects using quantitative and qualitative data • Predict market development, help clients with technology selection and assist vendors with positioning • Build credibility as an HR technology expert representing Gartner research, methodology and strategy • Create and deliver presentation materials for Gartner events, conferences and client briefings • Participate in innovation, ideation and research discussions • Collaborate with peers in the Business and Technology Insights community • Provide timely, high-quality content peer review • Mentor and coach junior team members • Engage clients through virtual and in-person interactions, sales support visits and Gartner conferences

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; graduate degree a plus • 12+ years of relevant experience in HR technology leadership roles or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Subject matter expertise in talent management, L&D and recruiting • Profound understanding of L&D and talent management workflow technologies, including employee development, compliance training, performance management, succession planning, skills management and engagement surveying • Specific knowledge of L&D and performance management platforms • Knowledge of transitioning legacy systems to emerging solutions • Knowledge of AI-enabled skills and technology ownership, governance and maintenance • Deep first-hand knowledge of HR technology markets, vendors, products and emerging use cases • Strong executive presence and ability to establish credibility with senior-level audiences • Strong organizational and time management skills • Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills • Proficiency in analyzing and synthesizing data and applying patterns and frameworks • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multicultural global team • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback • Comfort presenting at large and small-scale speaking engagements • Strong business and financial acumen • Ability to represent Gartner’s research methodology and strategies effectively • Agility navigating and learning in highly matrixed environments • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%, regionally and globally, where applicable
