📋 Description

• Act as the primary HR partner for employees and managers across the APAC region • Support the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding • Ensure HR processes comply with local labor laws and employment regulations across multiple APAC jurisdictions • Manage employee records in the HRIS, maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and data integrity • Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, and collaboration with hiring managers • Assist with performance review cycles by preparing materials, tracking timelines, and supporting managers • Respond to employee questions regarding contracts, benefits, leave policies, and HR procedures • Partner with payroll providers and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll administration • Monitor and report on HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, and hiring performance • Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and regional team events • Maintain and update HR policies to align with company standards and local legal requirements • Collaborate with external vendors, recruitment partners, benefits providers, and legal advisors • Work with the global HR team to implement company-wide initiatives across APAC

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field • Strong understanding of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations • Knowledge of employment legislation in at least one APAC country, such as the Philippines, India, Japan, Australia, or New Zealand • Experience with HRIS platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel for reporting and HR analytics • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion • Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams across multiple time zones • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently • Additional APAC language fluency is a plus • Experience supporting regional or international HR operations is a plus • Exposure to fast-growing SaaS or technology companies is a plus • Experience using HR data to drive decision-making is a plus • Passion for employee experience and continuous process improvement is a plus • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multicultural environments is a plus
