📋 Description

• Drive strategic initiatives enhancing efficiency, compliance, and scalability across global payroll and HR service delivery • Execute a global transformation roadmap for payroll and HR services aligned with organizational goals • Lead large-scale change management initiatives to modernize processes and systems • Partner with technology teams to implement automation, AI, and digital payroll solutions • Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards for payroll and HR service delivery • Drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies • Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and internal governance standards • Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and regional teams to integrate processes • Advise senior leadership on payroll and HR operational strategies • Oversee risk management frameworks for payroll and HR services • Implement internal controls, audits, and forensic payroll audits to mitigate compliance and fraud risks • Ensure payroll data adheres to security and privacy standards • Lead adoption of cloud-based HR solutions • Track accuracy, efficiency, cycle times, employee experience, and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• MBA with 15 years of experience • Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, Change Management Professional (CCMP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or RPA Certification • Agile and continuous improvement mindset • Knowledge of industry best practices and global processes • Ability to adapt AI skills and technologies to drive automation and efficiency • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to design and write policies, procedures, and job aid documentation • Ability to educate teams on new payroll processes and technologies • Knowledge of global, regional, and local payroll laws • Experience implementing internal controls, audits, and forensic payroll audits • Knowledge of GDPR, SOC 1, ISO 27001, and other security standards • Experience leading adoption of cloud-based HR solutions • Ability to track SLAs, KPIs, data analytics, accuracy, efficiency, cycle times, employee experience, and compliance
