📋 Description

• Handle guest inquiries and support requests professionally and efficiently. • Resolve booking-related issues promptly. • Troubleshoot problems and escalate when necessary. • Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction through personalized service. • Stay up to date with GuestReady’s systems and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English & Portuguese (written & spoken). • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or similar roles. • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask. • Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools. • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure. • Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. • A positive attitude in a fast-paced, remote environment.
