📋 Description
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment and business development • Understand the technicalities of requirements and analyze clients' requirements and needs • Manage the full life-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, recruiting, candidate evaluations, negotiating terms and rates, preparing submission documents, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates • Foster long-term relationships with candidates • Review applicants to verify position requirements are met • Follow up with candidates
