📋 Description

• 150 outbound cold calls daily to U.S companies • Getting 10 Sales Accepted Meetings per month • Multi-touch outreach (calls, LinkedIn, email) • Handling real objections (not just script reading) • Qualifying based on ICP, BANT/PAINT, MEDDIC methods • Working closely with Account Executives for clean handoffs • Logging structured notes in CRM

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience as an SDR or BDR in B2B campaigns • Proven track record of booking meetings for U.S based B2B companies • Experience selling into SMB or Mid-Market U.S accounts • Strong outbound cold calling background (not just warm leads) • Comfortable discussing ROI, marketing, growth, or tech solutions • Familiarity with tools HubSpot, Salesforce, Justcall will be an added advantage
