📋 Description
• Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure smooth dispatch and delivery of goods • Track shipments and ensure timely pickups and deliveries • Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans • Update shipment status in Excel and maintain accurate logistics records • Follow up with transport partners regarding delayed or pending shipments • Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure goods are ready for dispatch • Monitor inventory movement and report discrepancies to the concerned team • Communicate with producers and transporters regarding shipment updates • Ensure logistics activities comply with company policies and documentation requirements • Escalate shipment delays, damages, or operational issues to the reporting manager • Prepare daily and weekly logistics reports • Support import/export documentation whenever required
🎯 Requirements
• Fresher-friendly; no minimum experience specified • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy • Proficiency in Excel for shipment tracking and reporting • Good communication skills for coordinating with transporters, warehouses, and internal teams • Familiarity with shipping documentation, including invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans • Ability to multitask and follow up proactively on pending or delayed shipments • Problem-solving mindset to identify and escalate inventory discrepancies or operational issues
