• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance, Sales, Operations, Marketing, or Customer Acquisition/Retention/Satisfaction • Demonstrated leadership acumen with at least 5 years of team leadership experience • Proficiency in driving process improvements to optimize operational efficiency • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and time management skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to thrive in a diverse work environment with minimal supervision • Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with excellent communication skills • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
