Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. • An impressive portfolio showcasing a proven track record of impactful design projects, with a strong emphasis on data visualization and user-centered design work within the healthcare domain. • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software. • Extensive expertise in design principles, information architecture, and user experience design, with a track record of successful and innovative design projects in the healthcare industry. • A genuine passion for the healthcare domain and a deep desire to create solutions that significantly improve patient care and enhance healthcare workflows. • Excellent English communication skills, visionary leadership abilities, and a collaborative mindset to mentor and lead a team of UI & Visual Designers effectively.
