📋 Description

• Drive Halter’s infrastructure deployment, maintenance, and servicing across Australia • Establish operational systems and workflows for a growing hardware operations team • Own an end-to-end tower and collar maintenance programme across Australia • Debug and repair hardware, deliver towers, and support farm deployments • Perform drone mapping of customer farms and coverage modelling • Install towers and collar cows on initial mainland farms • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field • Feed field insights back to hardware and product teams • Represent Australian fleet operations while collaborating with deployment, customer success, hardware, product, and New Zealand headquarters teams • Participate in the global on-call support system • Implement systems and feedback loops for long-term fleet-team scalability

🎯 Requirements

• Heavy travel requirement across all active Halter states in Australia • Practical, hands-on mindset and familiarity with tools • Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities • Hands-on operational experience building systems, data, and structure from scratch • Clear and direct communication skills • Comfort working in ambiguity in a rapidly scaling business • Agricultural or farm-environment experience preferred • Full, clean driver's licence • Eligibility to work in Australia or valid Australian work permit, or willingness to obtain sponsorship • Comfortable with frequent driving and travel, often 3–4 days per week • Ability to provide a CV and cover letter
