📋 Description

• Support and maintain the ERP system: error analysis and resolution • Ensure the availability and performance of the ERP system • Interfaces: develop and maintain interface integrations in collaboration with external partners • Manage existing EDI interfaces with customers and suppliers • Administer existing IT hardware and software • Provide hotline/helpdesk support • Collaborate with various departments

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or relevant professional experience in the mentioned areas • Experience working with SQL databases • Preferably experience in ERP administration • Good process understanding • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style • Flexibility • Proactive and committed work attitude • Reliability • Team player • Strong problem-solving skills • AS/400 experience desirable
