Description

• Design and develop detailed electrical systems and plans for BESS and PV systems • Prepare various reports and documents • Contribute to the development of CAD standards • Enhance project and task quality through the Quality Assurance/Quality Control process • Build and maintain relationships with clients • Uphold high standards of professionalism and ethics • Commit to continuous learning • Participate in safety training sessions • Assist with technical training • Drive a safety culture • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of engineering design experience in the solar industry or power industry • Proficiency with AutoCAD • Excellent technical communication abilities • Strong command of English language • Knowledge of the National Electric Code • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Assertive and able to cope with pressure • Team player • Must have authorization to work full-time in the United States

Benefits

• Competitive salary of $85,000 - $100,000 per year • Additional discretionary bonus structure or incentives • Full range of medical, dental, and/or other benefits • Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm working hours • Remote position with up to 30% travel
