Description

• Overall responsibility for all stages of construction projects in tens to hundreds of millions of dollars • Develop and review project schedules, cost estimation, budgets, scopes of work, and quotes • Competent/experienced in contract negotiations • Manage all parties involved and ensure professional project management • Represent project towards external parties such as investors, public authorities, grid operators • Coordinate and manage internal project teams • Collaborate with team members for effective communication • Provide cost estimation, including site due diligence, cost reporting • Manage permitting processes with local authorities • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft office tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, Management, or related field • 10-15+ years of professional experience managing major projects • Minimum of 5 years of solar PV or wind power project experience • Ability to travel up to 40% • Extensive work experience managing large-scale projects, particularly solar PV projects • Appropriate leadership experience • International experience • Assertive, able to cope with dynamic surroundings, a collaborator • Demonstrated ability in managing projects • Fluent in English, other languages a plus • Strong in Microsoft Office Suite • Safety trained for field work • Ability to work outside for extended hours in elevated temperatures

Benefits

• Anticipated starting pay range of $140,000.00 - $175,000.00 base salary per year • Additional discretionary bonus structure or incentives • Full range of medical, dental, and other benefits • Overtime and weekend working hours may be required as needed • Travel of up to 40% • ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
