Description
• Assisting in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment strategies • Maintaining business literacy about the organization's strategies, culture, and market labor competition • Conducting candidate sourcing and engagement • Developing communities of talent and candidate pipelines • Optimizing Talent Management/ATS system • Handling workload in Microsoft Office Suite software programs • Running ad hoc TA reports and ATS data analytics • Upholding Company's Vision, Mission Statement and Core Values
Requirements
• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related fields preferred • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition • Experience in recruiting for utility scale or C&I solar EPC positions required • Understanding of legal issues that impact global recruiting activities, contract law and restrictive covenants is a plus • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent assessment and interviewing skills • Proactive, self-starter, and goal-oriented • Collaborative team player • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills • Maintaining a positive attitude and composure • Ability and willingness to work remotely • California Pay Transparency Act salary range: $35 - $45 per hour
