Description
• Responsible for the creation, maintenance, updating, filing, and implementation of all essential training programs for self-perform renewable construction projects • Collaborate with HSQE Management for alignment with safety training objectives • Conduct audits of training records and documentation • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs • Manage the training calendar and ensure timely completion of required training • Provide comprehensive support for safety training initiatives • Proactively communicate with field personnel to address training-related issues • Work with HSQE team to identify areas for enhancement in safety training • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in safety training • Execute additional responsibilities as delegated by Sr. HSQE Manager – Safety Training
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years experience in training and compliance field • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred • Strong understanding of training and compliance procedures • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines • Knowledge of project management principles and practices is a plus • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities • Willingness to travel occasionally as required • Fluent in written and spoken English

• Located in Irvine, CA • Working hours Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm • Overtime and weekend working hours may be required • Travel up to 10%
