📋 Description

• Focus on continuous optimization of a world-class sales onboarding program that reduces ramp time for all new sales hires. • Define, track, and analyze key enablement metrics to demonstrate ROI and continuously improve program effectiveness. • Lead high-impact training sessions, bootcamps, and SKOs. Command a room, simplify complex technical concepts, and inspire a sales force through storytelling. • Serve as the internal authority on the DevOps ecosystem, translating product updates into value-based selling motions. • Build and scale a world-class onboarding and continuous education program that reduces 'time to productivity' for new hires. • Partner with Product Marketing to create 'battlecards' and playbooks designed to win against competitors in the CI/CD space.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or a related role, with at least 2 years in a leadership/Director capacity, ideally within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company. • Deep understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI, Harness, or ArgoCD) and can explain the 'why' behind DevOps transformations. • Stage presence that keeps participants engaged and motivated. • Expert-level program and project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives simultaneously. • Deep understanding of sales methodologies and the B2B sales cycle. • Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts simply and convincingly.
