Requirements

• 4+ years’ manager level experience in developing and delivering effective multi-channel marketing campaigns within a B2B, legal and/or professional services environment. • A well-established working knowledge of marketing fundamentals and a professional marketing qualification, ideally at degree or post graduate level. • A team player mentality with a proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively with colleagues, cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. • Strong demonstrable experience of executing digital marketing campaigns through a variety of tactics including content production, SEO, events, social media etc. • Great analytical skills and experience in interpreting data and trends through various tools and platforms to help drive informed marketing decisions. • An entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter mindset – with a strong desire to explore new and creative marketing tactics that deliver results. • Proven organisational and project management skills and experience in managing internal/external stakeholder expectations and delivering on a variety of projects whilst working to tight deadlines. • A strong commercial awareness and interest in current affairs and legal issues that impact businesses. • Previous experience of working in an environment where marketing efforts are measured and for which you’re held to account. • Ability to work with minimal supervision while ensuring high quality of work and strong attention to detail. • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills. • Awareness of your own and your colleagues’ strengths and development needs and a track record of building on these. • Planning and delivering on the marketing strategy for dedicated practice areas, including identifying key audiences, defining messaging, building campaigns and supporting the production of content including knowledge articles, PR, blogs, news, partnership content, client stories, videos, webinars and podcasts etc. • Producing, delivering and reporting on annual marketing plans and preparing monthly progress reports. • Actively leveraging HubSpot, our CRM system, and other analytics data for insights with a view to test, identify opportunities, introduce improvements and report on RoI. • Managing relationships and budgets with content writers and other third parties. • Monitoring our competitive landscape and target markets to identify opportunities for growth and help develop innovative products and services and identify new collaborations and partnership opportunities. • Identifying PR and content opportunities by regular press scanning and monitoring of trends. • Working closely with the Business Development and Client Services teams on the allocated areas of business to help convert prospects and nurture existing clients with a range of tactics. • Using analytics and data to understand the effectiveness of our marketing tactics and to test, identify and introduce improvements. • Creating and managing virtual and in-person events and collaborating with partner organisations where relevant. • Playing a key role in our marketing team by making valuable contributions and giving timely and constructive feedback to encourage personal and career development of other members of the team.
