📋 Description

• Implement and support enterprise-level Citrix environments • Install, configure, and maintain Citrix servers and related systems • Identify opportunities to standardize, enhance, and automate existing processes • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve Citrix and related-systems incidents and problems • Serve as third-level escalation for Citrix support and troubleshooting • Engage in technical problem-solving across multiple technologies • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, management information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience required • Technical certifications are good to have • 3+ years of experience as a Citrix Virtualization engineer/administrator, including assessments, planning, implementation, and upgrades/migrations in large environments with over 2000 users • Preferably experience in a healthcare environment • One of the listed Citrix certifications preferred but not required: CCEE, CCP-V, CCE-V, or CCP-N • Experience configuring and managing CVAD (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 1912 or later), Citrix StoreFront, Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS), Machine Creation Services (MCS), Citrix Cloud, Citrix in Azure, and other Citrix technologies • Experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud • Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow • Must be willing to work weekend shifts and 12-hour shifts • Team player • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to articulate, express thoughts, and structure/summarize conversations • Ability to translate complex technical information into understandable business language • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of exercising excellent judgment • Ability to prioritize and drive results with strong emphasis on quality • Curiosity and willingness to ask questions
