📋 Description

• Investigating, providing initial resolutions for, and following up on incidents • Processing incoming tickets using the knowledge base • Prioritizing and escalating tickets to Second-Level Support • Maintaining and expanding the knowledge base • Providing solutions and updates • Analyzing service requests by connecting to customer systems • Communicating with customers and conducting structured troubleshooting

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training as an IT Specialist (m/f/d), a comparable qualification, or initial professional experience • Proficiency in using Windows and Microsoft Office • Experience working with Jira • Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach to work • Customer focus and enthusiasm for direct interaction with customers • Friendly team player who remains composed in challenging situations • German language skills at least C1 level • English language skills at least B1 level
