• Technical support engineer (TSE) working closely with engineering, product, and business teams to solve production-related issues • Triage and respond to customer support requests • Collaborate with various teams to ensure issue remediation and high product service levels
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support or related field • Strong experience with SQL and MongoDB queries • Experience with insurance industry and policy administration systems • Strong experience in writing automation tools and scripts • Proven ability to work with cloud-based infrastructure • Ability to adapt to agile software development • Customer service experience in a SaaS company is a plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong desire for helping clients and colleagues • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google suite • Experience working with defect tracking software or customer support ticket software such as Jira
