Description

• Find opportunities to improve and enhance our technology products, and translate ambiguous business requirements into the right ML solutionResearch prior work to inform and develop models and algorithms and quantify appropriate metrics & targetsLead research, development, and production deployment of machine learning solutions that support our patients, providers and insurance payers. Solve difficult data analysis problems by applying advanced analytical methods as neededCommunicate findings to technical collaborators and business stakeholders

Requirements

• PhD (OR Master's Degree plus 3+ years of industry or academic research experience) in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field • 3+ years of experience building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business application • Demonstrable work experience on models that have been deployed into production systems (strategic, planning, and/or operational, and other applicable areas) • Experience in writing scripts (Python) and/or software applications in programming languages such as C++, Java • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
