Description

• As Product Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving awareness and adoption of HealthJoy’s products across employers and their benefits consultants • Highly cross-functional role requiring partnership with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and other departments within Marketing • Responsible for product positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy for product launches in service of driving adoption • Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and execute a strong GTM strategy • Train Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams on benefits engagement enhancements • Evaluate product positioning in-market and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements

• A strategic collaborator with Product teams with a passion for the customer • Bachelor’s or graduate degree in a related field with 3-5 years of experience in product marketing (or a related field) in the B2B SaaS and/or healthcare/benefits space • An organized, structured thinker who manages projects efficiently with cross-functional partners • High attention to detail and quality standards • Track record of translating insights into differentiated positioning • Experience managing multiple stakeholders • Outstanding oral and written communication skills • Problem solver mindset with a high level of accountability
