• Brightline brings virtual behavioral and mental health care to families • Seeking experienced and passionate Community Engagement Leads • Engage with stakeholders in schools, faith-based organizations, and community-based groups • Conduct research on potential partners and tailor outreach strategies • Develop comprehensive marketing and partnership strategies • Organize and participate in activation tactics to promote services • Track key metrics, report progress, and adjust strategies • Gather insights and feedback to continuously improve engagement efforts

Requirements

• Community engagement and/or relevant work experience • Deep understanding of communication strategies • Experience in public and community health settings • Excited to advocate for child mental well-being • Proficient in cold outreach and relationship building • Strong organizational skills and ability to track performance metrics • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Comfortable with public speaking and event participation • Knowledge of pediatric mental health and community needs is a plus • Proficiency in another language (e.g. Spanish) is a plus • Must be based in California and have reliable transportation • Currently hiring within specified CA counties
