Description

• Responsible for uncovering customer insights, conducting user research, and helping to inform product decisions • Collect customer feedback and insights to inform product decisions • Synthesize data and distill complex research findings into actionable insights • Conduct user research and usability testing • Analyze customer behavior and preferences to identify areas of improvement in the user experience • Create presentation materials to share research findings with stakeholders • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to develop user-friendly experiences

Requirements

• Typically High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training • Good time management • Attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to plan and arrange activities • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • Good verbal and written skills • Ability to maintain confidential and highly sensitive information • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to multi-task • Nice to have: Examples of qualitative and quantitative research skills, An understanding of user-centered design principles, Passion for improving the customer experience, Ability to synthesize data and distill complex research findings into actionable insights, Higher education degrees
