• Define and execute territory and market segment strategies in alignment with regional and global commercial objectives. • Drive achievement of annual and quarterly sales targets, ensuring profitable growth across assigned customers and channels. • Lead, coach, and develop Territory Sales Managers, setting clear expectations and providing ongoing performance feedback. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners, acting as a trusted commercial advisor. • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, translating insights into actionable sales and account plans. • Coordinate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to ensure effective execution of customer commitments. • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for senior commercial leadership.
• Proven experience in sales management within pharmaceuticals, life sciences, chemicals, or related industries. • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through structured territory and account management. • Demonstrated people-leadership capability, including coaching, motivation, and performance management of sales teams. • Solid understanding of market segmentation, pricing, negotiation, and customer value proposition development. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions and regions. • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage. • Business-level fluency in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
