📋 Description

• Own the positioning and messaging of our products, to increase pipeline and adoption • Help Sales and Sales Enablement teams to improve the sales outcome • Drive customer advocacy to improve adoption, usage and referrals • Build and execute GTM strategies for new and existing products • Build and grow the Product Marketing team • Improve Hevo’s position and equity in the market

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing. Experience in building processes about user research messaging, persona research, and GTM strategy for scaling product marketing • Preference: Worked at an infrastructure product company/dev tools company marketing to developers and created an impact • Preference: Should have experience in doing Product Marketing at companies with Mid Market and Enterprise customers • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills for cross-functional collaboration • Ability to empathetically understand and solve customer issues • Deep understanding of the business and the market trends • Experience in driving business impact at a growth-stage startup in a senior or leadership role
