📋 Description

• Define and communicate Workiva’s differentiated value proposition across our platform, products, and solutions • Lead the storytelling around how Workiva AI is transforming how finance, sustainability, and GRC leaders operate • Craft compelling positioning and messaging that resonates with enterprise buyers and clearly differentiates Workiva in competitive markets • Lead, inspire, and develop a global team of 20–25 product marketing professionals • Build a culture of strategic thinking, collaboration, and high performance • Arm the global sales organization with the insights, messaging, and tools needed to build pipeline and close deals • Collaborate with demand generation, brand, content, and field marketing to ensure Workiva’s product story reaches and resonates with the right audiences

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of product marketing experience, including significant leadership roles in large-scale enterprise SaaS companies • A proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing product marketing teams (20+ people) and a passion for building and developing talent • Deep expertise in enterprise B2B go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging • Experience translating complex technology and platform innovation into compelling customer value • Strong partnership skills across product management, marketing, and sales leadership • Demonstrated success driving sales enablement and revenue impact • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
